1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of EasyWorks Waterloo Tree Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our tree care services.

2. Services Provided

EasyWorks Waterloo Tree Services provides professional tree care services including tree removal, tree trimming and pruning, stump grinding, emergency tree removal, and related services. All services are subject to availability and our ability to safely perform the work based on weather conditions, equipment availability, and other factors beyond our control.

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel scheduled appointments if we determine that the work cannot be performed safely or if there are concerns about property access, permit requirements, or other legitimate business reasons.

3. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided are based on the information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may vary if conditions change or if additional work is discovered once the project begins. We will communicate any price changes to you before proceeding with additional work. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. Accepted payment methods include cash, check, and credit card. A service fee may apply for returned checks or declined credit card payments.

4. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information about your property, including the location of underground utilities, septic systems, irrigation lines, and any other hidden obstacles. You must also ensure that our crew has clear access to the work area and that pets are secured during service.

If permits are required for tree removal or other services, you are responsible for obtaining those permits unless we have agreed in writing to handle permitting on your behalf. You must also inform us of any homeowner association rules or local regulations that may affect the work.

5. Liability and Insurance

EasyWorks Waterloo Tree Services carries general liability insurance and workers compensation insurance to protect both our team and your property. While we take every precaution to avoid damage, tree work involves inherent risks. We are not liable for damage to underground utilities that were not properly marked, pre-existing damage to structures or landscaping, or damage caused by natural tree characteristics such as decay or disease that were not visible during our assessment.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages. If you have concerns about potential risks, please discuss them with us before work begins.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to weather conditions, equipment failure, or other circumstances beyond our control.

7. Property Damage and Cleanup

We make every effort to protect your property during tree work. Our crew will clean up debris and leave your property in good condition. However, heavy equipment may leave temporary marks on lawns, and some minor landscape disturbance is normal during tree removal. We will restore the area to the best of our ability, but we cannot guarantee that lawns will be returned to their original condition, especially during wet weather.

8. Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 7 days so we can address your concerns. Tree care services do not come with a warranty on the health or survival of trees, as these are living organisms affected by many factors beyond our control. Stump grinding services remove stumps below ground level, but some settling may occur over time.

9. Emergency Services

Our 24-hour emergency tree removal service is available for urgent situations such as fallen trees, storm damage, or immediate safety hazards. Emergency service rates may be higher than standard rates due to the urgent nature of the work and the need for after-hours response. We will provide pricing information before beginning emergency work whenever possible.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of EasyWorks Waterloo Tree Services and is protected by copyright laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from our website without written permission.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
